Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toBusiness Manager – OperationsYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will support assigned communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines and Local Division Distribution Solutions (ELDS) strategy, directives and messages. You will also provide general administrative support to the Local Division ELDS and assistance to the Local Division Manager. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Communications & Public Affairs function in Dalmine (BG). You will be mainly accountable for: Communication Activities • Proposes and implements internal and external communication activities to boost the Local Division strategy. • Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles, in accordance with branding guidelines. • Writes and edits promotional materials for use through various trade media. • Organizes events to improve corporate image and to support the business. This activity will include arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks. • Manages the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches. • Maintains a positive and integrated network with internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation. Administrative Activities • Assists the ELDS Local Divisions Manager in all business-relevant administration tasks. • Schedules meetings, maintains databases and produces reports and presentations for ELDS business leaders. • Verifies that the data and information in the documentation is correct before submitting it for the Local Division Manager’s signature. • Makes purchases for various services and creates expenses reports for the local division, when needed. • Supports ELDS managers in the organization of business trips.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Economics.
  • Preferably, you have experience in communications roles
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages
  • You possess a friendly and approachable behaviour, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks
  • You are highly adept at prioritization and multitasking, with excellent planning skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You take a proactive approach towards new initiatives and communications strategies and chan-nels
