Our client is looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer agreements are accurately reflected in the Profit and Loss (P&L) and managing pricing processes effectively. This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reflection of customer agreements in the P&L, either directly or through the oversight of the Genpact team.
• Ensure invoicing is processed daily with accuracy and resolve any discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Handle and process customer price claims, collaborating with the Genpact team to address them efficiently.
• Monitor the timely processing of customer invoices, ensuring all information is correct and compliant with audit standards.
• Maintain compliance with all audit and control guidelines in relation to pricing matters.
• Act as a liaison between outsourced services and the sales community, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, sales, or commercial support roles.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.
• Experience working with Excel (advanced proficiency) and familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working under strict deadlines with the ability to balance independent and team tasks.
