We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.Junior Client Administrator ( Accountant)Job PurposeThe Junior Client Administrator is responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping including correspondence bookkeeping tasks delegated by the Senior Client Administrator and/or Supervisor Accounting.Key responsibilitiesMaintain accounting records and prepare financial reportsTrail client payment and follow up invoices with clientsOrganize and facilitate financial statementAssist Legal department with preparation of annual shareholders meetingsHaving a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutionsDeveloping a comprehensive understanding of legal documentsProviding working documents (interest calculations, re-invoicing spreadsheets)Key requirements0-2 years working experience in a client servicing position consider as an assetUniversity degree in Accounting or a related fieldGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practiceProven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environmentFluent communication, both written and spoken, in EnglishHigh level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization.What’s in it for you:
