Overview:PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated Junior Brand Manager for a temporary 6-month contract to support key marketing campaigns and activations. This role will be based in Utrecht and focus on Limited-Time Offer (LTO) campaigns, influencer content management, and supporting brand growth across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordics. If you are a creative and proactive individual with a passion for brand marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Support LTO Campaign Launch:

  • Assist in the creation and localization of campaign assets under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Lead influencer content strategy throughout the three phases of the campaign to maximize engagement.
  • Track & analyze campaign performance across all phases identifying key insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements
  • Support on visually compelling and insightful presentations for senior management, distilling complex campaign data and strategies into clear, impactful slides to drive decision-making and align on key initiatives.
  • Set up, maintain, and manage promosite
  • Engage with external partners on PR, Promotion & Activation

Support execution of further Lay’s Campaigns:

  • Support the Brand Manager in executing campaigns in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as Growth Markets Denmark & Sweden

Lead Internal Activations:

  • Manage internal brand activations, including arranging tastings, field days, and other sales-facing activities.

Support Customer-Specific Product Launches:

  • Collaborate on the launch of customer-specific product launches or initiatives, ensuring market readiness and brand alignment.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as code creations, campaign budget tracking, communication with agencies to ensure smooth execution of all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with influencers and digital content creation is a plus
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • A passion for brand marketing and innovation.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
