Description Overview

Perrigo have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Brand Manager to join the team based in Athens. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.

Scope of the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

-Analyzing how our brands are positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
-Taking brand ownership and provide, with Central Team, the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
-Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
-Leading creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
-Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
-Measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
-Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
-Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions
-Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies
-Aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Experience Required
-Ideally you will hold a 3rd level qualification – Marketing/Business/Statistics/Management
-2-3 years professional experience in Consumer HealthCare/Pharma would be ideal.
-Language skills: advanced English
-Solid understanding of the full marketing mix
-Highly creative with ability to think out of box
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
-Knowledge analysis of market data (IQVIA /Nielsen)
-Advanced Microsoft Office 
-Digital Marketing experience is a plus
