Join our global Wind team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Junior Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute successful proposals, and support account management and regional commercial activities. Your contributions will also foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.Your key responsibilitiesAs part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Proactively leading the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll’s global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Supporting the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Planning, preparing and compiling compelling, well-written and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Use and manage Ramboll’s internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhancing our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.

Your new teamYou will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.About youFrom the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.   • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Innovation, Business Communication, Engineering, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Environmental Consulting), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Initial experience in business development or bid management (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
