Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.We are looking for:Junior Active Sourcer with GermanYour future role:Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms,Candidate mapping,Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge,Written candidate approach via LinkedIn,Other tasks related to recruitment coordination, e.g. interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions).Apply if you have:A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field,1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting,Proficiency in English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels,Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases,Understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment in CH and familiarity with the professional services industry in CH,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates,Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.By joining us you gain:Work flexibility – hybrid working model, flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave,
