Purpose of the role:The Cash Management/Accounts Receivable role is the part of OTC stream. We operate in Oracle EBS. We are positive people, team players, willing to share knowledge and supporting each other. If you would like to develop your skills in a friendly atmosphere, feel free !

Primary responsibilities:
• Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager • Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner• Perform MEC and YEC activities • Monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including follow up to correct balances
• Quarterly balances review
• Support External Audit process
• Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)
• Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
• Near incident monitoring and reporting
• Process and DTP standardization
• Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
• Responding to queries from different Stakeholders
• Develop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:• Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Russian language skills will be considered an asset
• Analytical skills, attention to details, self-starter 
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team 
• English Speaker
• Change Driver Behavior and Attitude
• Continuously learning with the ability to master new technologies, standards and best practices
• Taking ownership of issues
• Good command of Microsoft Office
