We are looking for a Junior Account-based marketing, who will be trained in 2 years apprenticeship contract in Milan within the Marketing and Sales function of Smart Infrastructure .

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As a Junior account based marketing apprentice your activities will be to:

• Drive and implement marketing campaigns that targets high-value accounts and aligns with overall business objectives.

• Work closely with various teams to develop action plans for their implementation and coordinate the activities of various partners.

• Develop and create content for multi-channel campaigns – email, display, social media, and events – to nurture and convert target accounts, working with all departments to implement it.

• Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

• Design and implement product related marketing strategies to drive product demand in selected vertical markets and for specific target clusters.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Education background in Marketing or equivalent.

• You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.

• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various team members.

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-build and share knowledge

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Eligibility to work in Italy
