Come Airbus Helicopters Italia siamo all’avanguardia nella manutenzione di base e di linea degli elicotteri. Siamo un Centro di Addestramento Airbus Helicopters e Safran H.E, dotati di una struttura CAMO che ci permette di garantire ai clienti la continua navigabilità dei loro mezzi. Grazie alla nostra Design Organization, ci occupiamo anche della loro personalizzazione.

Cerchiamo un professionista meticoloso e proattivo che voglia unirsi al nostro Ufficio Tecnico.

Principali responsabilità

• Preparare il work package basandosi sull’ordine di lavoro ricevuto dal cliente (CAMO/owner) che gestisce l’aeromobile, il motore o il componente.
• Preparare e aggiornare i template utilizzati per le specifiche attività (batteries, CVFDR, avionic checks,…) in conformità con i manuali/istruzioni dei type certificate holders e delle Aviation Authorities.
• Aggiornare il tasks database ogni volta che le fonti vengono aggiornate o viene suggerita/motivata una modifica.
• Fornire supporto e assistenza tecnica ai clienti italiani ed esteri e, se necessario, contattare la casa madre tramite il canale Tech Support.
• Supportare il Technical Office Supervisor durante audit interni ed esterni, root cause analysis dei rilievi riscontrati, preparazione di template, istruzioni, o qualsiasi altro argomento correlato con l’Ufficio Tecnico.
• Collaborare con il resto del personale dell’Operations Department in particolare e con tutti i colleghi dell’azienda in generale, al fine di garantire che le operazioni di manutenzione siano eseguite on time, on quality and on cost.

Come convincerci

Siamo alla ricerca di candidati in possesso di laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente con indirizzo Aeronautico o equivalente.

Capacità di lavorare in team, buone doti relazionali, predisposizione all’apprendimento e all’ascolto oltre che precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.

Completano il profilo:

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
• Conoscenza delle normative aeronautiche, con preferenza per l’ambiente della Continua Aeronavigabilità (Continuing Airworthiness).
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Google Sheets;
• Preferibile conoscenza di Visual Basic per Excel;

Technical Office Engineer

At Airbus Helicopters Italia, we are at the forefront of helicopter base and line maintenance. We are an Airbus Helicopters and Safran H.E. Training Centre, equipped with a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) structure that allows us to guarantee our customers the continuing airworthiness of their aircraft. Thanks to our Design Organization, we also handle their customization.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to join our Technical Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the Work Package based on the Work Order received from the customer (CAMO/owner) who manages the aircraft, engine, or component.
• Prepare and update the templates used for specific activities (batteries, CVFDR, avionic checks,…) in accordance with manuals/instructions from Type Certificate Holders and Aviation Authorities.
• Update the tasks database whenever the sources are updated or a change is suggested/justified.
• Provide support and technical assistance to Italian and foreign customers and, if necessary, contact the parent company through the Tech Support channel.
• Support the Technical Office Supervisor during internal and external audits, root cause analysis of raised findings, preparation of templates, instructions, or any other topic related to the Technical Office.
• Collaborate with the rest of the personnel in the Operations Department in particular, and with all company colleagues in general, to ensure that maintenance operations are carried out on time, on quality and on cost.

How to Impress Us

We are looking for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably with an Aeronautical specialization or equivalent.

The profile is completed by excellent teamwork skills, good interpersonal skills, a strong predisposition to learning and listening, as well as precision and attention to detail.

Required Hard Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of aeronautical regulations, with a preference for the Continuing Airworthiness environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel (VBA) is preferred.
