Position Summary:
Imagine being part of a dynamic team at Nestlé, the largest health, nutrition, and wellness company in the world. As a Jr. Technology Specialist – Digital Adoption, you will play a crucial role in shaping Nestlé’s digital future. Picture yourself working in our Global IT Hub in Milan, collaborating with talented professionals from around the globe. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Nestlé’s digital adoption initiatives, ensuring that our organization maximizes the potential of our Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe) and digital assets. You will work closely with the Product Owner and internal stakeholders, using your technical expertise and passion for user experience to design and implement impactful solutions. Imagine the satisfaction of driving adoption and engagement with our software products, helping the business achieve its strategic goals. You will lead training initiatives, empowering project teams and subject matter experts to build and maintain Digital Adoption Platform solutions. Additionally, you will spearhead the implementation of our new Digital Adoption Champions program, creating awareness and engagement within the IT community and businesses.
