As Project Manager Talent, Leadership & Inclusion you develop and implement initiatives that help strengthen our leadership and build the capabilities we need at Aegon.You are part of the Global Talent, Leadership & Inclusion team in Aegon Group. Our team contributes to ensuring employees are engaged with the company, and that we build and develop the right talent and leaders in the organization to live our purpose and realize our strategic objectives.Our team consists of specialists in inclusion, leadership development and talent management. We work with our HR colleagues around the globe, with a special connection to our colleagues in the global Holding company, to deliver the programs and initiatives in our people plan, focusing particularly on our top critical leadership roles.As a project manager you are responsible for activities such as planning and coordinating projects, preparing communications and presentations, analyzing data, managing vendors and measuring impact.Examples of projects are:

• Ensuring the effective rollout of our performance management cycle for Holding colleagues
• Delivery of leadership and talent programs in our Holding company
• Working with colleagues in the Digital Experience team to coordinate the implementation – and effective usage of – tools from external providers
• Partner with the HRBPs and leaders in Holding to supporting our global talent review process by planning the process, ensuring data is up-to-date, and analyzing information for action
• Working with colleagues in the global I&D community to take appropriate action to ensure we are a truly inclusive company

You will be part of the Global HR function, reporting into the Global Head Talent, Leadership & Inclusion.Your Profile

• Open-minded, eager to learn and comfortable with some ambiguity
• A self-starter, who also enjoys creating networks and working together as an (international) community
• Digital native with curiosity around AI
• Up to 3 years of experience in HR roles or project roles with an affinity for HR
• Ability to think conceptually, analyise and bring structure
• Affinity with HR, inclusion and communication
• Desirable but not mandatory: University degree in related field
• Good sense of humor

• Compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications and will be determined by hiring manager and HR.
• You will be able to work from home and in the office.
• You are entitled to 210,5 hours holiday per year and 17 hours for work life balance and you can buy up to 143 hours of additional holiday hours;
• Every 5 years you have the opportunity to go on partially paid sabbatical leave for two months.
• Vitality is important to us, so we support you with a vitality budget of EUR 200 gross which you may use to enhance your vitality.
• For your commuter travel you will receive a NS Business Card or you can claim your travel expenses as per our mobility policy.
• By the end of 2024 Aegon will move to our new office at Schiphol WTC.
