Mission of the Role: *Supervise the production of the SMD line

Key Objectives of this Role: *Supervise the production of the SMD line

• Coordinate the production, maintenance and quality teams to ensure optimal operation of the SMD line
• Participate in the optimization of production processes and continuous quality improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and quality procedures in force
• Analyze the performance of the SMD line and implement corrective actions if necessary
• Train and supervise new employees in the production team
