- Work side by side with a senior consultant and support the project management team to ensure successful project delivery, balancing risk with solutions that are commercially and contractually viable.
- Keep a continuous overview of critical milestones and assess and manage rights and obligations according to the contract.
- Direct and process changes, variations and claims in the project and ensure that the changes are implemented in compliance with our client’s commercial interests.
- Provide interpretation of contracts, organize and process correspondence with contracting parties and monitor fulfilment of contractual obligations.
- Manage the commercial relationship and communication with contractors during the execution phase of the project keeping a close dialogue with them to ensure that issues are dealt with proactively with diligence and foresight.
- Ensure timely delivery of the contract within the set mandate.
- Drive governance processes and required presentation material towards different stakeholders and decision bodies such as the Steering Committee.
- Contribute to further developing processes regarding contract and claims management.

As we continue to grow and expand, we will always focus on you and our people.Who are we looking for?We are seeking passionate and motivated junior Contract manager professionals that are aligned to our Vision and excited by the opportunities and challenges of working in a rapidly expanding international business. Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as law or engineering, or a technical/analytical related field.
- While experience in the renewable energy industry is not a prerequisite, a basic understanding of the industry’s key drivers and challenges is preferred.
- Experience with relevant IT tools and software, and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- 0-3 years of industry-related experience.
- A very keen interest in gaining and developing knowledge and experience in the practical application of contracts, including the commercial and claims aspects.
- Basic experience in the administration of forms of contracts.
