In the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of Business Development materials across our Board & Executive Advisory suite.
  • Conduct research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company and industry and inform the development of client materials.
  • Support Managers and Partners in assessments, evaluations and/or workshops – performing in debt analysis on various topics, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Assist Managers and Partners to develop client materials, including visual and written reports.
  • Comprehend complex information and bring together diverse viewpoints.
  • Prepare well thought out project plans and demonstrate accountability for day-to-day project management.
  • Ensure high quality output, demonstrating clear vigilance and ownership over job processes, tasks, and work products.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to manage and engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects with a positive, proactive and can-do mindset.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will have 0-3 years of post-graduate experience, with demonstrated interest and experience within the areas of leadership, human capital consulting, and/or psychology.The ideal candidate will also possess the following key attributes:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of detail orientation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and readily absorb and comprehend new information.
  • Ability to manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • Strong team orientation. Presents with a positive disposition and maintains constructive interpersonal relationships.
  • Approaches change with a curious and positive mindset. Treats new situations as opportunities for learning and growth.
  • High-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Educational background in leadership, human capital consulting, psychology, or business. A Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
