In the role of Senior Consultant, you will:
- Prepare well thought out project plans and demonstrate accountability for day-to-day project management.
- Ensure high quality output, demonstrating clear vigilance and ownership over job processes, tasks, and work products.
- Support Managers and Partners in assessments, evaluations and/or workshops – performing in depth analysis on various topics, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Assist Managers and Partners to develop client materials, including visual and written reports.
- Conduct research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company and industry and inform the development of client materials.
- Assist in the preparation of Business Development materials across our Board & Executive Advisory suite.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years of post-graduate experience, with demonstrated interest and experience within one or more of these areas: leadership, strategy, board governance, human capital consulting, and/or psychology.The ideal candidate will also possess the following key attributes:
- Experience with planning and managing projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and comprehend new and complex information.
- High level of detail orientation.
- Ability to manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Ability to engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team orientation and ability to maintain constructive interpersonal relationships, also under pressure.
- Approach projects and changes with a curious, positive, proactive, and can-do mentality. Treats new situations as opportunities for learning and growth.
- High-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Educational background in leadership, strategy, human capital consulting, psychology, or business (ideal). A Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
