Your role at GoGiftIn your role at GoGift, you will manage software projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with GoGift’s strategic goals as we expand globally. This involves planning, resource management, and overseeing every stage of the project to meet both technical and business requirements. You will coordinate the Tech department’s planning efforts to optimize project timelines and resource use, supporting the broader business and technical strategies.You will also be responsible for all project-related communications, acting as the key point of contact for GoGift’s management and other stakeholders. Keeping them informed about progress, risks, and any necessary changes is a critical aspect of your role. Maintaining high standards of software quality through thorough testing and continuous improvements will ensure that all solutions meet business needs.Additionally, you will manage risks and changes by identifying potential issues, implementing mitigation strategies, and preparing backup plans to ensure project success. Leading cross-functional teams will require clear communication, where you will explain complex technical concepts and project impacts to a variety of stakeholders.What we expect from youYou have extensive expertise in business and project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and the ability to manage both the business and technical aspects of international tech projects. Your solid understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud technology ensures that tech solutions are well-integrated with business strategies.You have a commercial mindset and are used to develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables. Further you possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, aligning projects with business objectives, optimizing resources, and leading key initiatives. Your hands-on focus on testing and quality management ensures that solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

In addition, you demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, effectively leading diverse teams and clearly conveying the impact of projects on business outcomes.Hard Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering. Alternatively, one or more project management certifications to the same level.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Tech Project Manager or in a similar role managing software development projects.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies. Knowledge of software development languages such as .NET, python and React is a plus.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
