As a Scheduling Success Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations for Agilent’s field service team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.In this role, you will:

  • Own the Scheduling Process: Take charge of scheduling and confirming all on-site customer requests, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of cutting-edge analytical instruments.
  • Be the Communication Hub: Act as the single point of contact for customers, Field System Engineers (FSE), and Authorized Service Providers (ASP), managing all scheduling and rescheduling needs.
  • Optimize Resources: Maximize the efficiency of our field team by assigning the right service engineer, in the right place, at the right time—ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Drive Daily Improvement: Manage and refine the scheduling planning board, continuously seeking ways to enhance workflows and exceed response time goals.
