Continue reading!What the key tasks will look likeAs a Service Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for all first-line IT questions and technical issues. To be more specific, you are responsible for the availability, daily operations, and technical support of IT equipment and assist all DKV employees in the use of these tools. Due to the requirement of shift attendance, flexibility is an absolute must-have.Incidents & Service Requests:
