– Entrenar, liderar y motivar al personal del restaurante para ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad.
– Gestionar el inventario y el presupuesto del restaurante de manera eficiente.– Resolver cualquier problema o desafío que surja en el restaurante y asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes.– Habilidad para liderar y motivar al equipo, fomentando la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
– Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
– Conocimiento profundo de las operaciones del restaurante y conicimiento de vinos– Actitud profesional, atención al detalle y buen trabajo en equipo
