As digital assets and currencies (DAC), tokenization and distributed ledger technology (DLT) continue to reshape the financial landscape, we are looking for passionate individuals to help us create and implement cutting-edge DAC solutions. • Design, develop and maintain both cloud and non-cloud production systems, ensuring they are always available, highly performant, scalable and secure. You’ll also manage non-production environments, applying the same level of care and attention.
• Collaborate with teams across infrastructure, change management, QA, DBA and application development, while independently handling technical analysis, development and DevOps tasks. Post go-live, you’ll work closely with IT Ops/Support, providing crucial support for Blockchain/DLT systems.
• Continuously assess existing applications and platforms, conducting gap analyses and exploring alternative solutions to enhance performance. You’ll play a key role in suggesting architectural improvements and recommending process enhancements.
• As a tech pioneer, you’ll be the first to experiment with new technologies, rapidly developing proofs of concept. You’ll also translate business and IT requirements into effective, innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Java based n-tier application (Spring framework)
• Any RDBMS or NoSQL Databases. PostgreSQL experience will be added advantage
• Cloud experience, preferably GCP
• Overall development experience (5-8 years)
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles tooling and practices (Jenkins, Ansible). Ability to break / fix simple problems on CICD pipeline
• Proven experience of working with Production live service
• Interest in or knowledge on Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) with the flexibility to work with new technologies or languages in the Blockchain space – any experience with DLT technologies like Ethereum, Corda, IBM Hyperledger Fabric or DAML is a significant advantage
• Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership, responsibility to meet aggressive deadlines
