This role is located in Wroclaw – HYBRID.How we work:

  • Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban) – team decides and adapts
  • Responsibility for full product lifecycle. We engineer, implement, test and deploy on our private cloud

ResponsibilitiesYou will be a part of an agile team and you will have an individual contributor position. Your role will be to challenge assumptions, understand the needs, deliver and take ownership for that. You will have a chance to influence a team, program or even BNY – it all depends on you – and you will have full support.Who we are looking forWe believe that solving a problem requires proper understanding – languages and frameworks are essential tools to achieve that. We’re seeking following:

  • Good understanding of programming concepts and paradigms. Proficiency in Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to understand business problem
  • Flexibility – team player that is not afraid of making independent decisions based on analysis and facts
  • Ability to articulate complex technical problems in concise and clear manner
  • Good understanding of TDD & testing frameworks e.g., Junit, Mockito
  • Bonus: Knowledge of CI/CD, Groovy & Spock
