Program Manager (Installation & Warranty)

You will be part of the Installation & Warranty (I&W) and quality team in the Lam’s Clean product Line, located in Villach, Austria.

The Impact You’ll Make

You will oversee the Installation and Warranty expense performance of our products and services with a focus on our global install base of Clean Products. To this end, you will act as the central Installation & Warranty expense program manager within the Clean product line. In this leading position, you will monitor the expense performance to plan, analyse performance drivers and make the decisions for investigations and corrective actions and drive improvement programs to reduce expenses in Installation and Warranty.

What You’ll Do

• Actively monitoring of Installation & Warranty expense performance for Labor and Material spendings, report performance to defined objectives
• Analyse expense performance data and trends, identify systematics, initiate systematically improvements on our products & services, knowledge management and business processes
• Bridge expense performance to reported quality cases and associated improvement plans
• Act as an interface to the regional Field Service Teams of our global install base and key stake holders within the Clean Product Line
• Drive decisions for investigations and lead improvement programs in a cross functional team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background on Semiconductor Equipment
• Fundamental understanding in Installation and Warranty expense management
• Data analysis capabilities – from data mining to data analysis and conclusions
• Project management capabilities, leadership skills
• Fluent English is a must, German language skills are beneficial
• Experience in quality management systems (QMS) and quality methods, such as 8D, is a plus

What We’re Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. Please follow the link on the below section “Employment in Austria” for further information.
