- Prepare a detailed project plan for New product launches
- Delineate and prepare project status presentation covering aspects of project milestones achieved, upcoming milestones, risks involved, stipulated timelines, tasks to be executed and projected Vs. actual work plans for new product launches
- Recommend identification and allocation of optimum resources (manpower, tools, software) to facilitate project execution
- Risk identification and assessment to facilitate the timely completion of the assigned project
- Review the progress with the Functional Heads
- Prepare and share periodic project status reports
- Support with knowledge and expertise project specialists who work on post-launch projects
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in related field
- University degree required in Marketing, Business Administration or related
- Good computer systems acumen including Microsoft Project
- Priority Management support: Effectively oversees, coordinates, and integrates resources to support project and/or organizational goals; provides support and guidance to navigate the bureaucracy of the organization
- Planning and Organizing: Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time, on profile and on budget
- Issues Resolution: Uses sound judgment to escalate issues for quick resolution; allows for challenges to be alleviated with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the Business: Ability to interpret and apply the key internal and external drivers that affect the business, including financial, political, cultural and industry trends in support of diverse and globally distributed teams
- Interpret Data: Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material
- Communicate Business Information: Effectively communicating and presenting complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights
