Your challenges:

  • Realizes the strategy of the IT Services Department to ensure compliance with AmRest’s strategic objectives,
  • Proactively searches for functional best practices and disseminates knowledge, experience and actively supports the supervisor in developing, cascading and implementing the department’s strategy / agenda,
  • Assure that projects and Change Request are implemented within budget and in accordance with business strategy and cost-benefit analysis (especially in the area of Kiosk, digital menu boards),
  • Ensuring that all contracts with IT vendors meet business needs and SLA,
  • Monitoring of provided services based on Monthly IT Vendors Review (SLA tracking, penalty fee amount in case of SLA breached, optional service improvements plan),
  • Establish control of provided hardware/ software assets throughout their life-cycle, especially Kiosk, MenuBoards,
  • Maintenance of standards, contracts, terms and conditions of cooperation,
  • Ensuring that the systems used are compatible with the licenses purchased.

Your skills & experience:

  • University degree (preferably in Information Technology),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities,
  • Fluent communication in English,
  • Experience in Project Managment,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
  • Full accountability for assigned responsibilities,
  • Proficient in managing time efficiently,
  • High analytical and organizational skills,
  • Ability to use and operate IT systems and databases,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
