Concept are currently recruiting for experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with and IT Upgrade project in the Chesterfield/Sheffield, York, Leeds, and Milton Keynes areas

The successful Engineers will work on 4 – 6 week contract starting with training on Monday 7th Octboer with potential of more project work

Details of the role:

* IT Upgrades to pre-staged time clock in retail stores
* Engineers will be required to remove the old clock and PSU, they will then need to fit the new GT4 clock which is POE and repatch
* Resolve any issues if and when they occur
* Complete sign off and sign out
* Engineers to collect staged devises prior to project start and store clocks securely at home returning all at the end of the project – workshop in Milton Keynes

Hours of Work

* Monday to Friday day work
* 9 hours per day, door to door including travel
* Contract is due to start with training on 7th O in Cambridge and run for 4-6 weeks ( dependant on schedule)
* Expectation of 5 days’ work per week per engineer
* Travel will be a requirement of this role – engineer must have access to a large reliable vehicle with appropriate business insurance, valid MOT
* 2 sites of sites per day

Required skillset:

* Experienced field engineers with experience of script-based ATM/Epos/IT project work, engineers must have basic fault finding skills
* Must have a full UK Driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance
* Must have standard engineering toolkit, PPE hard hat / boots etc
* Engineer must be able to pass BS7858 vetting check
* Engineers will need to complete H&S accreditation in their own time (2 – 3 hours)
* Be comfortable in competing script-based activity

Rate details

* GBP145 per day shift based on a 9-hour day including travel
* Overtime more than 9 hours is paid at GBP16.11 per hour
* Mileage claimable after 100 miles per day, 25ppm thereafter

This role has been assessed and deemed an Outside IR35 role
