We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both Windows and MacOS machines and managing Microsoft AD. The candidate should also have experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, identifying and mitigating potential security risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.


  • Support both Windows and MacOS machines, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

  • Manage resources in Microsoft Azure

  • Manage office networking with Unifi/Ubiquiti components

  • Take part in audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Identify and mitigate potential security risks.

  • Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets.

  • Provide technical support to end-users.

  • Collaborate with other teams to implement security best practices.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, managing Microsoft AD, Networking

  • Strong understanding of both Windows and MacOS machines.

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance regulations.

  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
