• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• 5+ years experience in IT solution disciplines including software development, content management, knowledge management, intranet and portal projects and agile project management

• Certified on and/or deep expertise working with Microsoft solutions, in particular Office 365 and SharePoint Online.

• Effective English communication

Position Summary

Are you a talented IS/IT Technology Expert ready to join our Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team in Milan, Italy?

We need you to guide and promote optimal use of technology within the Content and Portal product team supporting business requirements.

You will be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development, support and evolution of our Products and Product Roadmaps and Product Offerings (e.g. preliminary studies, setting technological directions, proposing the best solutions).

A Day in the Life of a Technology Expert

• Provides specialist consultancy and guidance, proposing technical solutions and support that meet Business requirements for the use cases of Intranet/Portals or Knowlege/Document Management based solutions

• Provides recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology

• Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models

• Assists with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance

• Liaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions

What else will make you successful?

• Experience with Microsoft solutions, in particular Office 365 and SharePoint Online

• Strong Understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks.

• Experience working in and/or managing advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives)

• Strong Understanding of technology trends and leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) as well as the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to support new and evolving business models

• Experience with Power Platform and PowerBI is a plus

• Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization

• Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approach
