What you’ll do

As an IT Team Agility Consultant (f/m/d) on our team, you will shape and define the way Agility is understood and practiced by the IT organization. You will closely collaborate with the organization’s teams and managers to help them learn and adopt necessary knowledge, practices and skills and take decisions in their transformation journey towards more agility.
 
Concretely, you will

-Support teams in assessing their agile maturity and identifying opportunities for improvement
-Lead or participate in workshops to align, review and maintain common standards, roles, tools and terminology for Team Agility across the organization
-Advise and coach teams and their managers on implementing or improving agile team practices
-Review and curate training and learning content for agile team practices
-Present changes and report newly adopted concepts or definitions to management stakeholders
 

What you bring 

-A University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
-Work experience working in an agile team applying some of the following methodologies or practices: Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
-Knowledge of and experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines
-Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
-Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude
-Fluent English Language
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
