IT Talent Acquisition Consultant

• Working model: hybrid, 40/60 on site / remote
• Flexible working schedule: full-time, flexible working hours, 8 hours/day, start: 8h-10h am
• Form of employment: regular employment contract or B2B
• Salary model: Base salary + attractive bonus system

Job responsibilities:

• Delivering end to end IT Talent Acquisition service directly to Customers against tight deadlines, service levels and targets
• Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, media tools and tactics
• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with Clients
• Delivering highest level of advisory to candidates on career progression, legal and financial matters
• Supporting Sales Teams with market analysis on trends, capacity and availability of IT Talent
• Analyzing and reporting individual metrics and pipeline data against expected results

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• 2 years of professional experience in IT Talent Acquisition
• 2 years of professional experience in a Consulting environment i.e. a renowned recruitment or outsourcing agency
• Robust knowledge around technologies, roles, players and market drivers
• Knowledge of current sourcing channels with the use of social media and available tools
• Ability to analyze individual metrics, adjust tactics, take good business decisions and reach targets
• Very good command of English (C1), good command of Polish (B2), other european language is a plus
