Job Description

Job Summary:

• Ensuring the availability, performance and security of the company’s IT systems

• Install, configure and maintain IT systems and networks

• Assist the company’s employees in using IT tools

• Troubleshoot systems and networks in the event of malfunctions

• Monitor technological developments

• Ensure compliance with IT regulations and policies

• Provide a service that guarantees the satisfaction of users of the sites for which he/she is responsible

Detailed Description:

Level 1 : IT local operations

• Receiving and categorizing incidents and user requests and following them through to resolution.

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support.

• Where necessary, forward requests and incidents to the IT organization’s technical experts.

• Installing, managing and remotely maintaining user workstations, videoconferencing systems, mobile and IP telephony equipment and printers.

• Facilitate the use of office automation tools (Office suite, etc.)

• Ensuring the normal operation of information systems (backup, archiving, patching, account and access management)

• Participating in periodic checks and reviews to ensure compliance of information systems and operating processes.

Level 2: IT system Admin

• Level 2 – IT System Admin is capable of carrying out the specific activities of level 1. They may be required to carry out these activities on an ad hoc basis,

• Administering servers (Windows and Linux), storage bays and networks

• Operate IT security tools (firewalls, antivirus, etc.)

• Taking into account and analyzing business requirements in order to propose innovative solutions tailored to the company’s needs and constraints.

• Plan and manage projects to improve the systems under his/her responsibility.

Requirements:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)

• Knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)

• Knowledge of IT security tools (firewalls, antivirus, etc.)

• Knowledge of Active Directory

Technical Skills :

• Installation and remote maintenance of user workstations (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting)

• Management of the videoconferencing system

• Management of backup, archiving and restoration of systems and data

• Active Directory management

• Server administration (Windows and Linux)

• Administration of storage bays (NetApp)

• Network administration (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)

• Operation of IT security tools (firewalls, antivirus, etc.)

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English (B2 level).

Diploma level:

• BAC+4 minimum in IT or BAC+3 and 5 years’ experience.
