Job Title: IT System Manager
Location – Måløv

Your new role
As an IT System Manager, you will own the lifecycle management of laboratory IT systems and computerized equipment in a highly regulated environment. You will ensure that systems remain compliant, secure, reliable, and fit for business needs while driving continuous improvements that enable efficient laboratory operations and support the delivery of high-quality medicines to patients.
You will drive optimization and continuous improvement across laboratory IT systems supporting Quality Control (QC) and Research laboratories, with broad ownership and the opportunity to influence how laboratory technologies are implemented and used in all its life cycle management.
Your key responsibilities include:

-Managing the lifecycle of laboratory IT systems and computerized equipment, ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
-Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computerized laboratory equipment.
-Planning and implementing system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality to support evolving business needs.
-Leading validation and qualification activities of new equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
-Ensuring IT security, data integrity, and compliance with applicable standards.
-Preparing and maintaining system documentation, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
-Managing incidents, deviations, change requests, and problem resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
-Supporting audits and inspections by ensuring systems remain inspection ready.
-Driving and supporting the rollout of new technologies in the laboratories.
-Collaborate with external vendors to support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

You will join the Enterprise IT organisation as part of our Computerised Laboratory Systems department. Your team consists of around 11 highly skilled and dedicated IT System Managers with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, located in Måløv. Together, we support laboratories using systems from the early research to quality control to ensure product quality and timely release to patients, delivering reliable results that keep operations in control while continuously looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who takes ownership, shows initiative to improve processes and never compromises on quality or business ethics. You enjoy working in a regulated environment and are motivated by finding better, smarter ways of working together.
You’ll bring with you:

-A degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Relevant IT experience from a laboratory environment (QC, QA, R&D, or similar)
-2-3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated industry.
-2-3 years of experience working with IT compliance, data integrity, and critical systems.
-Full professional proficiency in English and a willingness to learn Danish.

Salary
For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
