The position
As our new IT System Manager (Application Manager) in the IT Department, you will play a key role in influencing both our current and future, R&D facilities with robust IT solutions. You will independently tackle tasks while also collaborating with professionals from diverse academic and technical backgrounds.

As part of the IT System Management team, no days will be the same, as you collaborate with your colleagues to ensure a solid pipeline of new products for our customers. 

Your main tasks will include:

-Ensuring that documentation for IT solutions is current and compliant with both internal and external requirements, covering risk assessments, requirement specifications, validation, and test documentation, as well as periodic reporting.
-Taking a key role in ensuring compliant IT setups and drawing on your current experience when involved in projects.
-Working closely with IT professionals, chemists, and laboratory technicians to assess requirements, design, create documentation, and test solutions for our future R&D laboratory.
If you do not possess these competencies already, training in relevant processes will be provided. 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have:

-A minimum of 3 years of experience working with documentation of complex systems or processes.
-A basic understanding of IT, Network and data handling.
-A strong Quality/GMP mindset.
-A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT or related fields or an engineering background with a technical flair and curiosity.
-The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure high quality documentation delivered timely.
-Strong collaborating and communicating skills as you will closely work with a diverse range of key stakeholders, primarily within the production area.
-Fluency in technical English and preferably the ability to speak, or at least a willing to learn Danish, as some stakeholders solely speaks Danish.

Also, you communicate effectively while securing adherence to technical quality standards. You can work independently and still be an excellent teammate. Additionally, you thrive in an environment where new challenges and focus can change quickly, but always with the overall common goal in mind.
 
About the department
If you apply for the position, you will become part of our IT System Management team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization.
The team consists of 7 employees with various educational background. The team solely focus on IT System Management, so you will have a group of colleagues for sparring and collaboration, we are also supported by two additional IT teams – a support team and a operations team, which supports with technical and compliance expertise.
