If you have the skills and experience, we are looking for, read on, and apply today for a life-changing career!Let’s talk about the roleAs our new IT System Manager you will be anchored in the team “Sustainable Utility Projects”, which is part of Corporate Facilities. We manage a large portfolio of sustainability projects at multiple impact and maturity levels, some spanning the entire organization. We drive execution all the way from basic design to handover and work systematically and strategically to implement ‘Circular for Zero’ initiatives within the areas of energy supplies, utility installations and facility management in general. Our team collaborates across business areas of Novo Nordisk and with external partners including consultants and contractors.As our new System Manager, you will:

• Validation of IT Systems and Infrastructure: Ensure the validated state of IT systems and infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Life Cycle Management and Security: Implement and ensure Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes and IT security measures for IT systems to maintain their integrity and safeguard against potential threats.
• Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for efficient functioning.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments for IT systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Change Management: Manage Change Requests (CR) for IT systems, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively and do not compromise system integrity.

The skills we hope to seeTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• We ideally expect you to hold a Master’s or Bachelor Degree within relevant field, preferably with background in IT Security or quality
• More than 5 years of experience in IT, within System Manager, Analyst, or similar roles
• Knowledge and previous experience with development and maintenance of IT-systems, preferably with understanding and/or experience with compliance and security topics
• Experience with IT Project Management would be advantageous
• Fluent spoken and written English and Danish
