Your role involves system and application support, troubleshooting, and handling diverse IT issues, requiring professionalism, adaptability, and solid technical experience. Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive mindset are essential for success.?What You’ll Do With Us:?

• Provide support and resolve inquiries, documenting work in “ServiceNow.”
• Handle and solve incoming support tasks for business applications.
• Ensure correct use of applications and equipment, including maintenance of user manuals.
• Prepare and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile phones, and assist with IT equipment installation.
• Work with tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intunes, Powershell, VMware ESXi, and manage user accounts across various platforms.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call service

Your qualification??

• Trained IT supporter, system administrator, or relevant IT qualification with 3-4 years of experience in IT support.
• Practical experience with systems such as Active Directory, Teams, Office365, Windows 11, Microsoft SCCM, SharePoint, printers, and networks.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and configuration.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Positive, flexible, service-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in Danish.?
