Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The IT Supporter role in Radiometer, is responsible for supporting and maintaining our internal associates with 1st and 2nd level IT challenges and requests.This position is part of the Global IT Support department, so you will be working in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support. • Hands-on and remote IT support to end-users in our global environment.
• Administration of user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
• Procurement, installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
• Network patching and general hardware support.
• Grow in the role individually and as team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Computer science or similar
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experienced in building strong relations with peers and relevant stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-users.
• Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Experience from working in an international organization.
• Great communication skills and meet the users at their level.
• General curiosity in IT technology and troubleshooting.
• Overview in a sometimes-stressful environment.

The job is offered as an on-site position. The position requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group.
