IT Support Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring efficient and secure operations across various departments. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a flexible balance between remote work and on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support: Manage incoming support tickets and resolve queries from internal and external staff promptly.

Equipment Maintenance: Configure and maintain IT equipment such as laptops, printers, and multimedia devices.
*

User Assistance: Help users optimise their IT environments by identifying and implementing effective solutions.
*

Server & Network Management: Oversee Windows servers, Active Directory, and network infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
*

Security Management: Ensure the functionality and security of data and network components.
*

Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for end-users to facilitate their IT usage.
*

Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure the delivery of IT services and solutions.

Your Profile:

* Experience & Skills:

* 3-6 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
* Strong interest in IT infrastructure and emerging technology trends.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and network security.

* Languages:

* Active knowledge of Dutch and French (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in English is an asset.

* Personal Attributes:

* Highly organised and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage stress and prioritise tasks independently.
* Strong team player with a commitment to providing excellent IT support.

* Special Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma qualifying for a B-level position.
* A clean police record issued within the last three months.
* Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
