As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you’ll provide technical support across eight countries within CEE. Your responsibilities include user support for MS 365, hardware, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems, as well as maintaining the IT infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate closely with the central Tech Team to ensure compliance with guidelines, manage user administration, and solve tickets. Additionally, you’ll contribute to projects such as windows 11 implementation. A proactive mindset will make you a valued member of our diverse team.

How You’ll Contribute
-Technical and functional user support.
-IT technical equipment for the branches.
-Internal order and invoice management.
-Inventory preparation and management.
-Support of opening new stores.
-Hardware and software installation.
-User training and onboarding.
-Negotiating with suppliers to bring them onboard.

What You Bring
-1-2 years of experience in IT Support.
-Computer science, network, ITIL basics.
-Windows Server and Windows Client experience.
-Technical education is an advantage.
-Fluent English & Romanian.
-Fluency in other CEE European languages (German, Slovenian, Slovakian, Polish, Hungarian, etc) are an advantage.
-Organizational skills, teamwork and proactiveness.
-Initiative and self-organization.
-Flexibility.
