In Italy, it provides solutions for primary care physicians, pharmacies, dentists and medical specialists as well as for public organizations and patients.We are looking for an IT Support Professional to reinforce our Team in Italy.Goals of the job
The IT Support Professional will manage and solving hardware and software problems to all internal company users. It is always updated on the technological evolutions of the mobile and desktop operating environments.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Indicated, but not limited to the below

  • Support of CGM employees end-user hardware
  • Ensure quality service delivery for IT environment at Business Unit
  • Addressing support requests submitted by CGM employees via the ticketing system
  • Assisting with projects as defined by Team Leader
  • Assign and prepare new hire hardware
  • Retrieve leavers hardware
  • Maintain up to date the inventory of Assets Database
  • Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Support and Maintain printers fleet

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-year IT related qualification
  • 5 years of IT Support work experience
  • Italian Language : Native/Fluence (C1-C2)
  • English Language : Independent Usage (B1-B2)
  • Microsoft Windows OS (Win. 11/10, Win. 2022/2019 Server), Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, OneDrive), Microsoft Azure AD
  • Computer mastering (Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Intune / Baramundi)
  • Basic Networking skills (TCP/IP, ICMP, SMB, FTP)
  • Android OS & Apple iOS
  • Excellent trouble-shooter
  • Good written and oral communication skills, and able to understand and empathize with users
  • Ability to write technical but clear and understandable documentations for end-users as much as for IT colleagues & peers.
  • Soft skills : customer and service focus, conscientious and reliable, adaptability, ability to work in a team, commitment, willingness to learn

Additional Requirements:

  • Additional language like French, Spanish or German would be appreciated.
  • VOIP Knowledge (Cisco Unity Express / Mitel / Skype for Business / Teams / Other…)
  • Firewalling and Switching skills (Fortigate / CheckPoint / Cisco / Juniper / Other…)
  • Apple MacOS
