Job description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will support our IT infrastructure. You are the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure as well as the team’s efficiency.You provide first-line support. This includes, among other tasks:

Receiving incidents and requests that come in via phone or email, and registering them in our ticketing tool,
Resolving standard issues and assisting users with the correct daily use of our IT infrastructure,
Escalating issues and questions when immediate solutions are not available, and keeping the user informed about the status of their issue or request,
Following up daily on backups and monitoring alerts, and escalating alarms that arise from the monitoring tool,
Creating new users with the necessary rights, access, and hardware,
Installing new computers to replace old ones.

Permanent contract|Great work environment

At least 3rd degree in IT Management or equivalent through experience,
Experience in support/service desk is a plus,

Dutch is a must, English is recommended,
Knowledge of the following is a plus:

Office 365,
Windows 10,
ITIL,
Zabbix,
Barracuda Backup,
Windows Server,
VMware virtualization.
