- Responsible for answering and following up calls from BDO employees;
- You work according to agreed ITIL procedures and principles;
- You are responsible for handling both first- and second-line tickets;
- Onsite support for the various BDO branches are also part of your duties;
- Documentation of the related systems you keep up-to-date at all times;
- “Bottlenecks” you identify and together ensure a proactive solution;
- Moreover, these main tasks are complemented by optimisation projects in which you help to lift our service organisation to a higher level;
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
What do you bring to the table?:
- You are a born communicator and your passion is to provide excellent service;
- You are an independent person who is always customer-oriented;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, stress-resistant and pragmatic;
- Working proactively is a must for you and you take ownership to resolve issues;
- You have at least 2 years of IT experience handling tickets and phones with a focus on customer orientation and customer-friendliness;
- Experience with Application support is a plus;
- You have knowledge of: Windows, Exchange, Teams, Storage, AD, SCCM, O365, … ;
- You can express yourself well in Dutch, French and English;
- You have a valid driving licence.
