They collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents worldwide and contribute to continuous service improvement.About You
- Education in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage tickets and reports with punctuality and accuracy.
- Flexible, coachable, and able to work outside normal business hours when needed.
