As an IT Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a well-established, globally dispersed team, focusing on maximizing the potential and adoption of technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive IT support to partners, lawyers, and business services staff.
• Educating users on the technologies deployed within the office and on the desktop to improve efficiencies and productivity.
• Acting as a power user of both Core Technology applications and Legal Technology tools.
• Conducting research, documenting results, and analyzing information to solve technical problems.
• Ensuring knowledge transfer of experiences with technology adoption and use to other team members.

Your profile

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in core technology applications, legal technology tools, and understanding of product specifications and configurations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to look beyond obvious technical issues, conduct thorough research, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Customer Service: Proactive, professional, and courteous in handling customer requests and incidents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Luxembourg and Amsterdam, with some international support and travel expected.
• Knowledge Sharing: Ensure the transfer of knowledge and experiences to enable scalability of support.
