Do you like to work with data, processes, and training? Are you a brilliant student at bachelor’s or master’s level and quick to learn? Do you need a student job that both challenges you and is good for your CV? Then you might be the one we are looking for as a student assistant at Egmont. You will work alongside both IT and HR, with data, processes, and training to help deliver our compliance training to our employees.Egmont is Denmark’s largest media group, and we need an ambitious and innovative individual who:

  • Speaks English well and hopefully also Danish or one of the other Nordic languages
  • Is a quick learner, has a flair for digital platforms and can find their way around in various software programs (we do not need you to be a hardcore tech-person, but you should be comfortable learning and working with IT systems)
  • Feels comfortable with detailed work (for instance data cleansing)
  • Is flexible and can work around 15-22 hours/week (we will be flexible too).

  • You will learn about how to work with data, systems and a very diverse organisation that works with anything from gaming and films/TV to books, magazines, ecommerce
  • We offer a very flat organisational model, so you will get an opportunity to work directly with both junior and senior stakeholders

The work involves (for example):

  • User support: We are rolling out multiple trainings every year and we would need you to be the first point of contact who helps our colleagues with their issues/questions
  • Reporting: For instance, tell our management about the status of the trainings
  • Data clean-up/analysis: For example identify who should do what training, with help from the business
  • Help with creating new employees or updating data records when we have a new company added to our systems
  • You will be working closely with our IT, HR and legal colleagues to do your job
