Committed to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance, we’re expanding our team to include an experienced Senior IT Specialist focused on SAP Manufacturing within the MedTech space.This role involves optimizing SAP S/4HANA configurations to streamline our manufacturing operations, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Duties and Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP S/4HANA in all major manufacturing modules (PP, MM, PM, QM).
• Manufacturing Process Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with SAP system capabilities.
• Project Contributor: Act as a key contributor in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, managing timelines, external resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and supply chain to ensure SAP solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to resolve SAP-related issues in manufacturing, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all manufacturing processes and SAP configurations meet regulatory requirements specific to the MedTech industry (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
• Training & Development: Provide training to end-users to maximize system effectiveness.

The Individual

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in SAP Manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in core SAP modules including PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and QM (Quality Management). WM/EWM as a plus.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, ideally within the MedTech sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel between 25% and 50% depending on project needs, including international travel for implementation and collaboration.
