​To unlock Falck’s full potential and execute our Care for More ’27 strategy, we are investing significantly in transforming Global Procurement into a strategic business partner taking full ownership of our global spend of +3 billion DKK across +13.000 suppliers. With this investment, we will ensure that we fully leverage our supply chain globally by driving impact through execution of sourcing strategies, implementation of sustainable sourcing practices, and incorporating excellence into processes and systems. ​​For our global procurement transformation, we are looking for highly motivated team members who can help deliver sustainable impact on the journey towards best-in-class procurement. ​​ About the jobAs an IT Sourcing Manager in Global Procurement, you will be responsible for driving strategic IT sourcing projects anchored with senior management across countries and business units in Falck. You will also have the opportunity toKey responsibilities are:

• Strategizing, preparing, and deploying sourcing projects and RFx activities in close collaboration with business units and country organisations
• Managing projects relating to procurement enablers such as procurement systems, tools, processes, and policies
• Identifying opportunities for additional value creation and optimization, incl. process levers, technical levers, supplier engagement and innovation
• Indirect leadership of project teams to ensure smooth project execution and buy-in from the business
• Being a strong ambassador for a healthy Falck bringing us closer together as a business
• Change and stakeholder management across country and organisational boundaries to enable execution and implementation

About you

• A completed master’s degree e.g., supply chain, project management, business administration, economics, etc.
• Multiple years of experience managing procurement and/or supply chain projects, preferably in international organisations or consulting
• “Can do”-attitude with an execution mindset and profound analytical and problem-solving skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to create buy-in and indirectly lead cross-functional teams
• Professional proficiency in English. Danish is useful, but not required
