As our IT Service Management Supervisor (m/f/d) in Vienna, you will:

• Serve as the crucial bridge between our users and the IT department, delegating tasks to the right units.
• Take the lead in our digitization and process automation initiatives, leveraging your IT expertise to drive success.
• Be entrusted with overseeing our purchased IT assets, ensuring their accountability.
• Represent us in regional projects and meetings centered around IT Service Management and IT Security, playing a key role in shaping our strategies.
• Stay on top of our online applications, such as GSN, ensuring they’re consistently updated with the latest local application information.
• Guarantee reliable service for our users and the continuous operation of our systems, aligning with our business objectives, regional strategies, and standards.
• Identify and address training needs within your team, fostering their professional development and enhancing our Helpdesk’s capabilities.
• Work hand in hand with the IT Business Partner Supervisor on digitization projects, offering your technical expertise.

Your superpowers:

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience, showcasing your ability to guide and inspire a team.
• A creative problem-solving mindset, allowing you to think outside the box and drive innovation.
• Professional and analytical skills, with a track record of effective planning and organization.
• Technical proficiency, including SQL programming, Batch/PowerShell scripting, IT Information Library, Databases & Operating Systems.
• Network savvy, with knowledge of LAN, Domains, Networks, Wireless, and Servers.
• Expertise in SharePoint, MS O365, and Power Platform.
• Excellent English language skills, enabling clear and effective communication.
• A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration within your team.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
• A positive attitude and a “Can DO” mindset, ready to tackle any challenges that come your way.

For legal reasons, we are required to state the minimum salary of EUR 3,130.60 as per the Collective Agreement for Transport Workers, Employment Group C. Our actual salaries are of course market-driven and depend on experience and qualifications.
