• Development and participation in the implementation of requirements for processes and applications for end users within the framework of IT Security Management
• Conceptualization and/or initiation of further developments with a focus on ServiceNow and SAP ERP, ideally technical knowledge in this environment
• Customer-oriented consulting and support of relevant stakeholders and our global business
• Interface function to the global ServiceNow Platform development teams
• Support of agile projects for the further development of global services using agile frameworks
• Provide technical and process documentations for internal teams and external end user and stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of technical professional experience with ServiceNow
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions using ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes with ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language
• High motivation to work in a global and agile environment
• Fluent in English spoken and written, German is also beneficial
• ServiceNow Certifications are desirable (CAD and CIS)
• Experience in the SAP ERP suite
