It Security Engineer

Función Principal

Diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de seguridad informática para proteger la infraestructura tecnológica y los datos de la organización. Monitorear, analizar y responder a incidentes de seguridad, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas, normativas y mejores prácticas en ciberseguridad.

Requisitos

• Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en administración y configuración de herramientas de seguridad.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de incidentes y análisis de vulnerabilidades.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestion de proyectos

Conocimientos Específicos:

• Sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux).
• Herramientas de seguridad (Firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, PAM, Antivirus, WAF, NAC).
• Protocolos de red y seguridad (TCP/IP, VPN, SSL/TLS).
• Deseable: inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Automatizacion de configuraciones (scripts, herramientas de orquestacion)
• Análisis y mitigación de vulnerabilidades.
• Monitoreo y correlación de eventos de seguridad.
• Conocimientos en normativas y estándares (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).

Competencias y Habilidades

• Pensamiento crítico y capacidad de análisis.
• Proactividad para identificar y resolver riesgos.
• Enfoque en la calidad y cumplimiento de políticas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
