Our client, an IT leading company, is looking for an IT Researcher NL speaking
- Proactive resourcing and delivery of candidates
- Be responsible of the whole recruitment cycle
- Prepare and organize interviews and meetings with candidates
- Daily support to the manager in the business development tasks and activities
- Be a leader for other resourcers and maintain a team approach
- Desire to develop an expertise and knowledge in order to grow in the company
- You speak Dutch FLUENTLY, English as well, French is an asset
- You hold a Master Degree in Human Resources
- First experience in recruitment is a plus
- Motivation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with good capacity for analyzing
- You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team
